“Strong Alliance for Common Development” Kinwong Signs a Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On the morning of September 19, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between Kinwong and Luxshare Precision was solemnly held at the Headquarters of Kinwong. The first important initiative of the strategic cooperation between the two sides is that Kinwong shall officially become a shareholder of Zhuhai Win-Win Flexible Circuit Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Luxshare Precision. This is the first acquisition of Kinwong after landing in the capital market.

Mr. Liu Shaobai, Chairman of Kinwong, Ms. Wang Laichun, Chairman of Luxshare Precision, and some senior management personnel from both sides, attended the signing ceremony. In addition, some guests, including Xin Guosheng, founding president and secretary general of GPCA, were invited to witness this historic moment.

In his speech, Chairman Liu stressed that the two sides have much in common in terms of lean production management, cognition and exploration in the process of transforming the production model from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing, open and inclusive international operating vision, and persistence in professional and focused workmanship, and have many common topics and thinking directions in the field of products. He hoped that through the strategic cooperative partnership between the two sides, they will achieve strong alliance, strategic coordination, resource sharing and common development. 

Chairman Liu pointed out that Kinwong’s buying shares of Zhuhai Win-Win Flexible Circuit Co., Ltd. is just a starting point of strategic cooperation; Kinwong and Luxshare Precision will adhere to the cooperation spirit of “reciprocality, mutual benefit, equal-footed consultation and win-win results”, constantly strengthen in-depth cooperation and resources integration. The strategic coordination is supposed to a achieve new leap-forward development, and create a broader space for cooperation between the two enterprises and a greater prospect for development. Kinwong believes that through joint efforts, the two sides will be able to realize the value integration of industrial chain resources, establish a long-term, more profound comprehensive strategic partnership, and really achieve strategic coordination, mutual benefit and win-win results.

In her speech, Wang Laichun, Chairman of Luxshare Precision, said that the reason for the cooperation is that Kinwong and Luxshare Precision have one thing in common: staying focused on the specialty consistently. Chairman Wang used “marriage” as a metaphor. She stressed that cooperating with Kinwong is not based on interest, but rather three points for market complementarity, product complementarity and cross-industry complementarity as well as a conjunction point for in-depth analysis of mutual benefit and win-win results for the two sides from the perspective of long-term development after having develop a deep understanding of Kinwong. The two sides will support the development of each other in the directions of internationalization and precision manufacturing automation, and exchange ideas on internal synergistic effect and internal management model. We hope that the cooperation between the two sides will achieve the effect of 1+1=11. We believe that in the next cooperation, the two sides will be able to grow together in terms of model, management and efficiency, and constantly achieve automation internally and go global externally!
