The Jiangxi PCB Factory 2 is one of the most intelligent and innovative intelligent factories in the industry. It has the advantages of short production cycle time, high efficiency, high yield rate and strong traceability, which greatly improves production efficiency and meets customer delivery requirements. As the 3 new factories enter full production — Zhuhai HLC (high layer count) factory, Substrate-like and IC packaging substrate PCB factory, Longchuan FPC Factory 2, also with the Longchuan MPCB factory 2 expanded its production capacity, Kinwong’s competitiveness in the field of high-end circuit boards was strengthened.
Based on the characteristics of each factory and the specific customers they serve, Kinwong focuses on their product transformation, technical upgrading and lean production; they gradually build a “complete chain” of both internal and external information management, which effectively reduces the production and scrap and costs, improves product quality and promotes a significant increase in the production capacity and efficiency.
