Social Responsibility

Since the beginning, we believe in paying back to communities in which we operate. We participate in social charities on a routine basis, ranging from financial donations for education, and civil donations that help build bridges and repair roads to volunteer services that care for the elderly and children.

To standardize its operations, the Assistance Center has established management mechanisms including leadership, management, review, finance, and consolation. Each batch of assistance should be disclosed to all union members after discussion by the Assistance Center Committee before fund appropriation to help disadvantaged employees overcome their difficulties.

We adhere to the business philosophy of “people orientation” and “paying back to society”, and always firmly believe that true love is priceless and everlasting. We have built the great wall of love for all employees through the Employee Assistance Center. In the future, we will continue to perform social responsibility actively, promote good social norms, and contribute to the harmony and stability of employees, the enterprise and society.
