Kinwong Electronic Technology (Longchuan) Co., Ltd. put into production

At the beginning of new year, happy event is coming again and again. In the morning of January 6, Kinwong Electronic Technology (Longchuan) Co., Ltd. are full of people and flowers, deafening sound of drums, flags with one joyous scene, completion ceremony of Longchuan project was held at Baotong Industrial Park, Dapingshan, Longchuan County. Chen Jianhua, Heyuan Municipal Party Secretary and Chairman of NPC, Liu Xiaohua, Deputy Heyuan Municipal Party Secretary and Mayor of Heyuan, Gong Zuolin, Deputy Heyuan Municipal Party Secretary, Nai Zehua, Municipal Standing Committee and secretary-general, Wen Wenfei, Deputy Mayor, Song Fucheng, Customs Director of Heyuan Customs, Duan Bangxian, Secretary of Longchuan County Party Committee, He Weiqiang, Head of the county on behalf, Wang Longji, Secretary of CPCA and other leaders attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony, President Liu Shaobai expressed warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to all leaders and guests on behalf of the Board of Director of the Group! He said, Longchuan project is the fourth factory of Kinwong Group, also is a project with the largest investment. It started from October 2006, after more than one year’s construction, the first phase of the project has basically completed, a modern industrial production base has taken shape initially, completed a total investment of RMB 210 million, including: 30,000 square meters plant area, 18,000 square meters of dormitory living facilities, literary and sports building, more than 300 pieces (sets) of advanced production equipment, a water plant, a sewage treatment plant with 1,000 tons of industrial waste processing capacity, basically formed production scale with annual output value of RMB 500 million. The completion and putting into production of Longchuan Factory will play a key role on the Group’s development strategy and will become the Group’s core factory.

President Liu express sincere thanks for the infinite care and support to Kinwong’s Longchuan project given by municipal, county and all levels of governmental departments during the construction process over the year! Especially, Secretary Chen Jianhua visited the site and guided the work for 4 times in a short period of time more than six months. The times that Secretary Duan Bangxian guided the work at site are much more than the Chairman. Once again, he appreciated all levels of leaders who care and support to Lonchuan project!

President Liu said, Kinwong Electronic Technology (Longchuan) Co., Ltd. has been completed and put into production in January 10. We are deeply aware that putting in production of an industrial enterprise just indicates that enterprise enters into production process from the building phase. To make the enterprise generates benefits and give return to society, there is still a long way to go, there are a lot of work to do, so, we will carry forward the spirit of hard working and always being the first, through good governance, reasonable enterprise management, to make the enterprise larger and stronger, and contribute to the local economic and social development.

Wang Longji, the Secretary-General of CPCA gave the completion and putting into production of another project of Kinwong Group on behalf China Printed Circuit Association and the Product Division of the Ministry of Information Industry. He said, the completion and putting into production of the first phase project marked the monthly output will increase by 60,000 square meters, will further improve the level of automation, waste management capacity will be further enhanced and the annual output value will exceed RMB 1.2 billion. This means that Kinwong has stepped into the line of large enterprises among nearly a thousand of PCB manufacturing companies with a certain scale in China. This is the pride of Kinwong, also a major event in Heyuan City, even a happy occasion in the Chinese electronic circuit industry!

Secretary-General Wang said happily, Kinwong Group is not an old enterprise in the industry, but it is developing rapidly; Kinwong is not the largest in the industry, but it is the best; Kinwong’s steady and rapid growth receive attentions and praises from the whole industry. He expected the second phase engineering of Kinwong Longchuan project will start early under the care of leaders of Heyuan City, so Kinwong may become one of the leading enterprise in Chinese and even in world’s PCB industry early, and make outstanding contributions to China’s electronic information industry!

At the ceremony, Duan Bangxian, Secretary of Longchuan County Party Committee gave warm congratulations on the completion and putting into production of Kinwong Electronic Technology (Longchuan) Co., Ltd. and express sincere regards and highest respect to the comrades who worked hard for the project construction and the completion and putting into production on behalf of Longchuan County Party Committee and County Government and 880,000 townsfolk! He said, Kinwong Electronic Technology (Longchuan) Co., Ltd. is a large enterprise in manufacturing multi-layer PCB, flexible PCB invested and founded by Mr. Liu Shaobai who is a worthy person of Longchuan. The completion and putting into production of Kinwong Electronic Technology (Longchuan) Co., Ltd. will play a positive role in promoting the local transfer of surplus labor in rural counties, driving the development of related industries, enhancing the scale and level of Longchuan electronics industry, further speeding up the industrialization process and promoting good and fast development of the county economy.

At the ceremony, Wen Wenfei, Deputy Mayor of Heyuan City, on behalf of the Heyuan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government made a speech. He said the implementation of “industry sets up city” strategy is an important strategic decision made by the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. The completion and putting operation of Kinwong Electronic Technology (Longchuan) Co., Ltd. is another fruitful result made by Lonchuan County Party Committee and Government in implementing the scientific concept of development, adhering to “industry sets up city” strategy and paying close attention to investment and construction of the industry park. He hoped that Kinwong Electronic Technology (Longchuan) Co., Ltd. to continue to carry forward the integrity of management, innovative enterprising spirit, to achieve greater development in Longchuan.

Wen Wenfei said, to promote sound and rapid development of industrial economy is a long-term and systematic project.
