Kinwong hosts grand opening for HLC factory & SLP factory

Kinwong celebrated the opening of its two new manufacturing factories, HLC factory and SLP IC substrate factory Sunday, July 18,in Zhuhai. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held in Jinwan District, Zhuhai City.

Some government officials and personnel from the Circuit Board Association, as well as guests, partners, news media friends and other guests who have long supported the development of Jingwang were invited to attend. Including: Mr. Liu Jiawen, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Zhuhai Municipal People’s Congress, Mr. Wang Longji, Honorary Secretary-General of China Electronic Circuit Industry Association. Mr. Zeng Yiming, Member of the Party Working Committee of Zhuhai Economic and Zhuhai Technological Development Zone, and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Development Zone. Mr. Xin Guosheng, Secretary General of Guangdong Circuit Board Industry Association. Introduction to HLC and SLP factories:

With the continuous deepening of the application of 5G technology, the application of 5G-related electronic products, automotive electronics, and Internet of Everything products has been booming, and the demand for high-performance PCBs has increased rapidly. After thorough research, Kinwong invested 5 billion RMB to build HLC and SLP factory, in order to increase the technological upgrade and capacity expansion of high-end circuit boards, to lay the foundation for the long-term development of Kinwong.

HLC factory

The HLC factory has a designed production capacity of 1.2 million square meters, the highest product layer number reaches 40 layers, and the average product layer number exceeds 12 layers. The product applications are mainly communications, network equipment, servers, storage products, and are compatible with products such as automobiles, security, and industrial control equipment.

SLP factory

The SLP factory has a designed production capacity of 600,000 square meters. The products are mainly Anylayer-HDI, substrate IC board, with the highest number of layers reaching 16 layers, meeting the requirements of smart terminal products for components “light, thin, short, and small”. It has features of higher wiring density, smaller and thinner dimensions and high reliability. It is dedicated to the design of small capacity space.

Mr. Liu expressed his pleasure to witness the commissioning of the new factory with everyone. This is another fruitful result of the company’s “515 Redouble Growth Strategy”. The implementation of these two factories will increase the company’s technological upgrading and capacity expansion of high-end circuit boards, laying the foundation for the company’s long-term sustainable development.

Mr. Liu Yu said that the new factory carries the major mission of advancing the company’s technological innovation, industrial transformation, and corporate development. This project is created by all the employees with one mind and devoted all kinds of resources of the whole group! Now that everything is ready, mass production is imperative to occupy the market.

Mr. Zeng Yiming said that the Kinwong Zhuhai project was officially put into operation today, which further increased the influence of the strategic emerging industry cluster in Jinwan District. He hoped that Kinwong Electronics would take the opportunity of production to continuously enhance its innovation and competitiveness. Jinwan District will also support Kinwong to grow bigger and stronger.

Mr. Chen spoke highly of Kinwong’s development achievements and emphasized that Kingwong’s outstanding achievements stem from its continuous focus on printed circuit boards and provide customers with competitive products and services. Mr. Wang affirmed Kinwong’s large investment in HLC and SLP to expand production capacity, thereby achieving higher wiring density, smaller and thinner products. This project is a big step forward for China’s electronic circuit industry to become an international brand! He emphasized that Kinwong’s status and achievements in the industry today are derived from decades of love for electronic circuits and perseverance. He wished Kinwong an early realization of its vision of “becoming the most reliable electronic circuit manufacturer in the world”!

Mr. Xin believes that Kinwong has valuable experience in the high-end layout of the Longchuan factory and the Jiangxi smart factory. The commissioning of the new factory will become another milestone in the development history of Guangdong PCB.
