“Deepen reform，steady and far-going.” Kinwong 2021 annual leadership conference held grandly

On January 20, 2021, the Kinwong Leadership Conference 2021 was held.For the first time, the conference was broadcast live. The main venue was set up in Shenzhen, and sub-venues were set up in Longchuan and Jiangxi. 380 leaders participated in the conference through online connection.The conference recognizes advanced teams and individuals, and it is a year-end celebration.

Ray Liu, vice president of the Group, believes that it is our responsibility and mission to make the reform create value and become competitive. He calls on all managers to step out of their comfort zone, stay true to their original intention and always create value for customers.

Assistant President Wu Baoliang stressed the need to integrate the IPD essence with Kinwong’s business practices, develop and update the IPD management system with Kinwong’s characteristics.

Yu jun, vice president of marketing management center, explained how to build our core competitiveness around “customer-centered”. He emphasized that we must do a good job on every circuit board and serve every customer well.

Tian Weizhen, director of Equipment and Automation Management Center, told the development trend of industrial robot technology and described the development prospect of industrial automation.

Huang Jun, general manager of Shenzhen PCB factory, stressed that quality is the eternal theme of the enterprise, quality priority over output, quality priority over cost, quality is not only out of inspection, but design, manufacturing, management.
